'To 'let go' is not a passive act. Only the one who has awareness, objectivity and ability to maintain a distance from things, can achieve it.
Yoga is a way of life to be learnt and practiced, after understanding one's body, with the help of a certified yoga Teacher.
This blog only aims to share and promote the miracle of yoga. It is not a guide for people to teach themselves or treat themselves. Physical changes come after mental acceptance of ones limitations and potential.
I have chosen this path because I have like most Urban worms I encountered unmanageable stress which impacted every facet of life, personal and professional. With a million questions unanswered, I reached the comfortable womb of yoga which just healed me and cured me holistically and enabled me to take on challenges life throws at me.
