At the height of our career and personal life, we are far from learning to sit still for 5 minutes, with eyes shut and without fidgeting.
We must recognize our inability to engage our minds into simple work related concepts without habitually fidgeting with our preconceived notions (and mobiles)
The psychophysical practise of yoga, if done correctly, lead us to a steadiness resulting in attitudinal changes
